My Opinion: Percy Jackson - The Sea Of Monsters By Rick Riordan
P ercy Jackson and the Sea of Monsters is the second book in the series, and it’s even more exciting than the first one! This time, Percy and his friends go on a dangerous journey to save their camp and find something called the Golden Fleece. Oh, and they have to sail through the Sea of Monsters (which is basically the Bermuda Triangle) to do it! Book Cover Percy’s life seems pretty normal at first. He’s back at school and has this funny new friend, Tyson, who’s super tall, kinda weird, but really nice. Then, everything goes crazy when a bunch of evil, man-eating giants attack their gym class. Percy fights them off with Annabeth’s help, and they all run back to Camp Half-Blood. When they get to camp, things are a mess. Someone poisoned the magical tree that protects Camp Half-Blood, and now monsters can attack anytime. The only way to fix the tree is to find the Golden Fleece, a magical object that can heal anything. But there’s a catch—it’s in the Sea of Monsters, a super danger...
